The challenge

The product is a confidential AI platform built around real-time communication between users and specialized digital agents. It combines agent discovery, chat, conversation history, notifications, user profiles, and workspace management in one consistent experience.
The project required more than designing a conversational interface. The product needed a clear information architecture that could support multiple agents, different user scenarios, conversation history, notifications, profiles, and future platform expansion.
What we built
We worked on the redesign and delivery of the platform: users select specialized agents and receive real-time assistance through chat. The work included product research, competitive analysis, user personas, end-to-end flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, UX documentation, and a scalable design system.
After the redesign stage, the work expanded into product and project coordination: planning releases, prioritizing the backlog, coordinating developers, tracking milestones, supporting hiring, and translating user-testing results into actionable design and engineering tasks.
The project covered the full path from research and product definition to redesign, documentation, development coordination, and release planning. It reflects our ability to work with complex AI products, organize unclear requirements, build scalable systems, and coordinate delivery across design, engineering, and product teams.
