The product is a premium B2B platform for corporate executives and enterprise leaders: high-stakes networking, peer-to-peer collaboration, and structured 1-on-1 business matchmaking. The system orchestrates complex event scheduling, knowledge-sharing hubs, and secure corporate interactions at scale.
The engineering challenge combined scale with polish: a massive, actively evolving frontend codebase that needed stabilization, multi-timezone scheduling for high-profile meetings, instant synchronization during live events - and a pixel-perfect, premium bar for every screen.
What we built
OKET joined the project as a senior frontend engineer, driving the evolution and stabilization of the platform. We spearheaded a migration to strict TypeScript typings across the entire frontend architecture - highly nested legacy and new codebases alike - eliminating structural data bugs, drastically reducing runtime exceptions, and speeding up everyday maintenance.
We designed and engineered the platform's custom scheduling infrastructure from scratch: pixel-perfect calendar systems and scheduling engines that handle multi-timezone booking, availability matching, and automated scheduling for high-profile corporate interactions.
Real-time behavior was built on WebSockets and event-driven data streaming: instantaneous updates for notifications, chat states, and live event availability, keeping every participant synchronized during live sessions.
Together with the product teams we built a modular, documented design system of accessible, WCAG-compliant UI components for executive dashboards and analytics views, engineered fluid state-driven onboarding funnels, and ran deep performance profiling - eliminating unnecessary re-renders, optimizing heavy data grids, and introducing lazy loading for a fast experience under peak traffic.
