The product is an enterprise-grade, high-throughput cloud infrastructure platform specializing in secure data routing, link processing, and analytical intelligence. The system manages web-based assets and cross-platform traffic routing under strict regulatory compliance, data isolation, and access-control requirements.
The engagement centered on a massive, actively developed codebase that needed a deep architectural and security audit - and a way to keep shipping features quickly without compromising rigorous security baselines.
What we built
OKET joined the project as a senior backend and cybersecurity consultant. We performed deep architectural and security audits of the frontend and backend repositories: enforcing Zero-Trust principles, identifying and remediating critical vulnerabilities across the OWASP Top 10 and data-leak vectors, implementing encryption at rest and in transit, and establishing clean-code standards aligned with industry design patterns - including the elimination of race conditions in critical paths.
Beyond the audit, we advised on the platform's growth: a resilient microservices architecture on highly available multi-cloud environments across AWS and Azure with Kubernetes orchestration, and an enterprise data strategy - evaluating warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery for heavy analytical workflows, data lake structures, and compliance-ready retention.
We also architected an internal LLM-powered conversational agent that automates user navigation, answers complex inquiries, and streamlines onboarding securely within the platform ecosystem.
Throughout the engagement we facilitated technical alignment across distributed engineering teams: security roadmaps the teams could act on, knowledge sharing between groups, and a development lifecycle that balances rapid feature deployment with strict security baselines.
