The product is a digital health ecosystem for proactive mental health management: personalized psychiatric and therapeutic support, synchronization with clinics, and instant crisis intervention, delivered across web and mobile at scale.
The engineering bar was set by the domain itself: sensitive medical data demanding secure isolation, real-time workloads that cannot lag during a crisis, strict privacy boundaries around AI, and an experience that must reach users instantly in their hardest moments.
What we built
OKET worked as a full-stack software engineer and solutions architect, spearheading end-to-end development of the platform's cloud backend, web dashboard, and mobile applications. The backend is a resilient, secure microservices architecture on AWS - ECS and EKS, Lambda, and API Gateway - engineered for sensitive medical data and real-time workloads.
The mobile applications combine the speed of Expo with the extensibility of the React Native CLI, with robust deep-linking architecture and highly optimized interactive WebViews. A high-throughput, low-latency push pipeline with contextual deep links engages users instantly and takes them straight to stabilization features during critical moments.
We integrated and tuned LLM-based AI models for secure, 24/7 empathetic conversational support, behavioral tracking, and instant cognitive guidance within strict privacy boundaries. For clinical care, we built end-to-end encrypted WebRTC video and audio calling for HIPAA-compliant virtual appointments between patients and licensed clinic psychologists.
On top of that sit data-intensive tracking systems: real-time behavioral engines for sleep cycles and mood patterns, biometric analytics, and interactive low-latency UI modules that guide users through panic-attack stabilization protocols.
